Small Group Training
Fitness doesn't have to be complicated - come in, warm-up the joints, move through a full-body strength circuit guided by a coach, top it off with a short cardio interval and call it a day! 2-3x/week is all you need.
1-on-1 Private Training
If you prefer to workout in a more private setting, this is for you. We’ll guide you through a movement assessment, find out more about your background and cater a training program to fit your needs!
Online Programming
This is for the self-starter! If you already have a regular workout routine, but are looking for more specific training, we’ll set you up on our app and you will be able to follow a curated program in whatever space you have (at home or another gym). We’ll start with an in-person or online intake session and then build out your strength program from there!
Massage Therapy
Fitness and Massage Therapy go hand-in-hand (pun intended!). We believe that strength training is preventative maintenance and the added layer of soft tissue work will leave you pain-free and ready to take on training inside and outside of the gym!
On-Site Corporate/Group Classes
We love to teach all types of classes - yoga, pilates, strength training and any combination of the three. We’ll come to your space for one-off events or a series of classes, just let us know what you’re looking for!
